Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or correspond with us, why we handle it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Advexo Media LLC, 11766 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 1150, Los Angeles, CA 90025, United States, is the controller for the processing described here. Contact for any privacy matter: info@advexo.info. We aim to respond to every request within 30 days.
2. This website sets no cookies
We set no cookies. We use no local storage, no session storage, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
The site is a set of static files. Reading it does not create an account, a profile or an identifier of any kind.
3. The enquiry form does not send anything to us
The form on our contact page is a convenience. When you submit it, your own email client opens with a draft message composed from what you typed. Nothing is transmitted to this website, nothing is stored on it, and there is no server-side handler to receive it. The draft becomes an email only when you choose to send it, at which point what we receive is an ordinary email.
4. Server and hosting records
This website is delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network and Pages hosting. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data — including IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent and referrer — in order to serve the request and protect the service against abuse. That processing is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. as our hosting provider. We do not receive visitor-level logs from it and cannot use them to identify you.
Cloudflare's own handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
5. Email we send you
If you write to us, or if you subscribe through one of our forms, we hold your email address and the content of your messages in order to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
- Transactional email — replies, confirmations and invoices — is sent because you asked us for something, or because we have an agreement with you.
- News and updates are sent only where you asked to receive them. Every such message carries a working unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header. You can also write to unsubscribe@advexo.info and we will remove you without asking why.
- We do not sell, rent or share your address with third parties for their own marketing. Ever.
6. Our own email infrastructure
Email from this domain is sent from a mail server we operate ourselves, rather than through a third-party marketing platform. Messages to and from our mailboxes are stored on that server and on an encrypted device used by the person handling your enquiry. Automated reports that mailbox providers send us — bounce notifications, DMARC aggregate reports, TLS failure reports — contain technical details of mail delivery and are used solely to keep our sending reputation and configuration correct.
7. Client engagement data
When we work with a client, we process advertising and analytics data on their behalf, as a processor acting on the client's instructions. That data belongs to the client, is accessed under their permissions, and is governed by the agreement between us rather than by this notice. We do not use one client's data to benefit another, and we do not repurpose client data for our own marketing.
8. How long we keep things
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 12 months, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.
- Correspondence with clients: for the engagement plus six years, to meet accounting and contractual record-keeping obligations.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then removed from the active list. A suppression record of the address is kept so we do not contact you again by mistake.
- Delivery logs containing recipient addresses: kept only as long as needed to verify a campaign and investigate delivery problems.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing. If you are in California, you may also ask what categories of personal information we hold and request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Write to info@advexo.info. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will not charge for a reasonable request. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
This site is served over HTTPS only, with a strict transport security policy. Our mail infrastructure uses TLS with published MTA-STS and TLS reporting policies. Access to client systems is granted read-only wherever the work allows, is specific to the task, and is reviewed. We do not ask for — and do not want — administrative or billing credentials on any advertising platform.
11. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
