- On the call we scope the audit and send a read-only access list — no admin rights, no billing access.
- You get the written findings within a week of access being granted.
- If the honest answer is that you do not need us, the report says that.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The initial call is a scoping conversation, not a billable hour.
What access do you need?
Read-only on the ad accounts, analytics property and tag container, plus read access to the cloud project if one exists. We send an exact list before anything is granted, and we never ask for admin or billing permissions.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes — send yours, or ask for ours. We prefer to sign yours so there is only one document in play.
Do you work with agencies or in-house teams?
Yes. Measurement-only engagements alongside an existing agency or in-house buying team are common, and the audit is often bought for exactly that reason.
